Charlie Hernandez is a Principal at Palanquin Capital LLC. He is a licensed California attorney with extensive experience in both financial and legal technology sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Crediverso, Inc., a financial technology firm, he led the company for five years, implementing rigorous compliance controls to adhere to complex regulatory frameworks.

Under his guidance, Crediverso complied with consumer protection laws such as the Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), ensured data security in line with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and achieved SOC II Type II certification to uphold confidentiality standards.

Following his tenure at Crediverso, Charlie served as the Chief Executive Officer of My Pocket Lawyer, a legal technology platform, for two years prior to its acquisition by MPL Group. In this role, he adeptly navigated complex state and federal regulatory frameworks governing the provision of legal information and services.
